The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was freshly prepared of good quality and the portions were more than adequate. I had the fish and chips it was Friday! and would certainly order such again. It won't be too long before I return to The Bull. Many thanks to all the staff.
The staff at this restaurant is well-trained and knowledgeable. The portion sizes are just right, not overwhelming like typical American portions. The lunch menu is impressive, especially the squid dish. The staff is also well-informed about the selection of beers available. I will definitely be returning to dine here again.
Food was good but better on our first visit. Service was poor. Staff young and inexperienced and untrained. They didn't seem to know the menu and only told us there was a dish unavailable when we started to order. We did not get asked about any allergies or asked to taste the wine. No cutlery when our mains came out. Quite a long delay for some of the meals to come out. Our second visit, service worse on this occasion. We heard a couple say 10 out of 10 for food and 5 for service
What a revelation, good food, excellent service and reasonably priced. Will definitely visit again soon.
We had a wonderful evening at this restaurant with excellent service from the attentive and friendly staff. The food was perfectly cooked and the bread was absolutely amazing. Although they were out of some items on the menu, they were very helpful in recommending alternative options that were just as good. The garden was bustling on a sunny and warm evening. We enjoyed the mezzo, particularly the olive and sun-dried tomato stuffed bread. The pork T-bone was incredibly tender and flavorful, and the burger was delicious. There were plenty of options on the menu, so be sure to give it a try. I would definitely come back to buy that bread!
