Contribuisci feedbackThe food was lovely. The service, however, was not. We went on Monday Eve and found the staff to lack anny character or even any form of personality or politeness. However, because the food was nice and suited all in our party, and I had a discount code of 30%, we decided to return the following night. When we got there, we felt we were a bother just entering the establishment. The person at the door was obviously fed up working there and found anyone coming in to be a nuisance to them. Not a single smile from our initial server. She even rolled her eyes. Not sure if a nervous tick or she actually just didn’t want to be there and let her sass show. Another server was much nicer. She was very young and actually smiled. Unfortunately, woke we tried to use our voucher on this occasion, we were told it’s not accepted in that branch. We explained we had used it the previous night and were told we shouldn’t have had it accepted. Not a problem, paid in full, but the principal of this situation really annoyed me.i shall be contacting the complaints team.
This is our third visit to Zizi’s and again the experience didn’t disappoint. A very warm welcome, the restaurant was buzzing with people, and we were served very quickly by a really great guy. Our drinks came within 5 minutes of ordering and our pizza arrived very shortly after. The pizza was absolutely delicious and I love the way they are served on a board with a pizza cutter. Well done Zizi’s we had a great time and will definitely be back.
Poor food quality. Bare pizza with very little topping. The pizza cook was not dressed in an apron but an old tshirt that appeared dirty. Poor hygiene!! Poor value for the prices charged!!
Food was delicious and our waitress was super friendly! The decor is also perfect for the vibe of the restaurant.
Came here with family, made a booking. It was mildly busy but not frantic. Food was decent, they've changed some of the dishes and not for the better, like vegan lentil bolognese....much preferred the previous version. The service was a bit hit and miss, which wasn't understandable as it wasn't too busy. The men's toilet were out of order, but no sign to say so...so men had to walk up two flights of stairs to see a sign, why not out one at the bottom of the stairs? Trying to get the bill and then pay priced very difficult, we had been tucked away in a corner and forgotten it seems.
