Pedi um drink sem álcool com gengibre foam. Incrível também. Não é cheap mas achei muito boa gastronomia. Valeu. I want to fly with certainty.
To meal stava bem delicious, we order 2 tickets e, every um, um main prato. Não deu to ask about mesa pois os pratos foram bem served and já esvamos cheios. A house stava cheia, então normal ter uma quantidade maior de barulho, but nothing to bother you muito. Também achei or fast and leaning.
UPDATED REVIEW: Never say "no"... Our first visit to Nez Bistro did not go so well, but after 2 years we decided to give the place another attempt and boy what a difference! We absolutely loved the whole experience. The service was excellent, the food was perfect and the decor is romantic and charming. The owners are very friendly and the restaurant has some of the best background music. If I had to describe the culinary experience, I would say it was dark, sexy and seductive. I started with duck-fit croquettes that were delicious; my wife had the terrine de foie and the part was so big that she had to take it to go yes, they enjoyed it very much. For a main course we had gnocchi in ossobuco ragù the gnocchi were tender and the ragù was excellent and the duck breast that was cooked and perfectly seasoned. Nez Bistro is a member of the Associação dos Restaurantes da Boa Lembrança “the association of good memories” . Whenever possible, I try to visit their members because they are almost always high quality facilities. I'll definitely get the next chance back. ORIGINAL OVERVIEW: I was sooo ready to like this place – but it should not be. This restaurant has been open for more than 10 years. That wasn't my experience. First, the restaurant WAY is too dark – so dark in fact that the waiters with flashlights for the customers who cannot read the menu. Next I waited 30 minutes before I could order a drink. Not acceptable. I asked about the wine menu I received the version wines of the child through the glass; I had to wait about 10 minutes before I wrestle a waiter to give me a wine menu through the bottle. When it appeared on my table, it turned out to be the most confusing wine menu I ever met. I know wines, but I don't know what this wine card was trying to achieve except confuse the customers, but it didn't work. The first 3 pages talked about terroir, food and grape varieties like a wine course; then the wines were paired with more white/red/region like 99.5% of the restaurants. The menu had a different categorization of wines by body fertility, which I still do not understand see the pictures. Now the food: on a sliding scale from disappointment to the worst I ever had, they covered the galmut. Our appetizer was interesting – deep-fried balls made from duck jam that were delicious, but for some reason were served in a box of stone salt in a paper bag like English fish chips. My main course was the absolute greatest disappointment. “Nhoque de Brunelas” is a gnocchi dish brasilian spelling gnocchi as “nhoque” with pesto AND cream sauce and shrimp. The shrimps were large and perfectly cooked, but SO salty when it was not possible; the pesto was completely without taste like the gnocchi and the cream sauce, which was mehlig and gritty. This was the first time I ever left a plate with shrimp and gnocchi uneaten. That was probably the worst Gnocchi court I ever had. I must say that although this restaurant seems to be popular, I cannot say why; I can say that I would never eat here again, even for free. I couldn't recommend this restaurant for any reason.
