Monmouth Meats - Red Bank

We are very grateful to Monmouth Meat for helping to make our Easter family gathering a success. The food they provided was delicious and there was plenty to go around. We will definitely be recommending them to others.

Went in for first time, new to area. Stu I beleive is owner is a solid guy and has a great selection. My search ended here for a new butcher.

I just always feel taken care of whenever I stop in. I went from looking forward to dinner to looking forward to being in the Red Bank area so that I can stop in and see Stu. This shop is a NJ treasure.

I always go to Stu's restaurant for all my meat needs: steak for grilling, filet for carpaccio, prosciutto for slicing in-house, and he never disappoints. The lamb rack I grilled for Easter was probably the best I've ever had.
