Surf Taco Red Bank

Food was super fresh and the employees were helpful. The restaurant and outdoor dining tables were very clean. It 's a weird thing to say but my only 'complaint ' is that the chicken tender tacos were too big to take a bite out of without being awkward (but that 's a good problem to have).

A great addition to the family of fast food Mexican restaurants. The food was very fresh tasting and didn’t have the heavy greasy feel of some Mexican places. I ordered a steak burrito bowl; the steak was good quality and had a significant portion. The guacamole was good and they offer a salsa bar. Finally the atmosphere is very inviting and festive.

Baja bowl is my favorite thing on the menu. Certainly the best value too considering it includes chips with it! Tacos and burritos are also excellent too. There's something for everyone here. Takeout worked flawless too. I wish they would work with the adjacent business owners in the rear to reserve two pick up parking spots after 5:00 p.m. (I parked there anyway and ran in, but the meter maids are aggressive in the area)

Edit. from October 2022 has started surf taco to bring back old favorites, including my beloved crispy taco. new menu change stinks. bring back the crispy taco!
