Additionally, the bacon I ordered wasn't cooked, so I had to ask the staff to cook it for me, but the person at the counter seemed annoyed by my request. It was surprising since there were only three people working, and they didn't seem busy at all. Disappointing experience!
The food is tasty, and the customer service is generally decent.
Typically, this place is fantastic, but today was a different story. The service was lacking, with only two employees handling everything. Food wasn’t properly covered when not in use, and there were no cups available. I noticed empty storage containers stacked everywhere, and no one was handed napkins. The floor was littered with napkins and trash—it was quite disappointing. Is there a new management team? I've noticed some staff changes as well.
Eat there alot. Eat fresh. Really clean.
