Mcdonald's - Red Bluff

For a McDonald 's, this place was average with the same items you 'd usually find and the same non-cleanly tables and seats.As usual, the food selection and ingredients are very unhealthy and full of chemicals. It would be nice if a wealthier chain like that would stop selling things so terrible for everyone 's health. This one has a play structure inside for children. It was stinky in the play room and all the sanitizers were empty. I ordered a chicken sandwich for the first time in many years as I don 't go to these places often, and they got the order wrong.

The food is delicious but when me and my daughter went to McDonald's today, they overcharged us and gave us 3 fries when we ordered 2

The lady in front that took my order, takes her job too seriously paid about $3 for an ice cream cone. She said she couldn’t add Oreo bits I told her to charge me extra that it’s on the screen. So she did then she put very little Oreo bits on my cone , I told her to just hand me the bits in a cup she proceeded adding them herself and making a mess . Bad customer service

Can we please bring back the grimace shake?it was delicious and it had a good meal so McDonalds,will the grimace shake make a return?if so then I’d be

I went through the drive-through at 630 in the morning trying to order. There were only two cars that had already gotten their order and were at the window already. I was told to wait a minute by the lady who was taking my order. However, right as I was told to wait, another car came up by the other lane, and the lady took that customer order first while I was already waiting for a good minute. After they took that customer order, I continued to wait for another 7, almost 8 minutes, but they still haven't taken my order. I tried talking through the mic, but no one answered no I backed up and left. I called this poor customer service.
