Blanco Cantina - Red Deer

We have eaten several times here and it's almost always great. Our first time after the celiac, even though they brought regular wheat tortilla chips to the table and my daughter ate one before we asked. They brought us Gf Mais. I love her enchiladas. The Burrito bowl was good, but I wish I had asked her to put her on salad. It was only Burrito mix (rice/meat) in a bowl. It's a great local option!

I told the server I was celiac. She handed me the flour tacos instead of corn- thankfully I didn't eat those because my husband caught on they weren't safe. But in the end it didn't matter, I ended up getting sick. The level of cross contamination is horrible. Upset because they say GF items all over the menu!

Good tacos, the fish taco is really good. Service was super bad, they walked past empty glasses multiple times until we asked for more water/drinks. They do have cool flavors of margaritas. Decor was also nice. Good selection of hot sauces for your food when they remember to bring them.

Pretty pricy for what you get. Would go back again for taco Tuesday or during happy hour. Sangria was delicious! Tacos were delicious, although there wasn't a lot on them (strip of fish and cabbage). Burrito was delicious, just expensive.
