This restaurant has changed names and is now advertising as Food Factory. They couldn’t have picked a more accurate name. In 36 years of life, I have not had a worse meal, and keep in mind that I was a waitress for many years so my forgiveness for little errors here or there is pretty high. The place is empty, dead, and dirty. Our drinks arrived about 20 minutes after we ordered them, and we were the only people in the restaurant. The last time I sent something back was probably in like 2002, but the coffee tasted like it was strained through a gym bag, and the pop my kids ordered had no fizz. Just syrup and water. The food prices are insane. $21.00 for sandwiches and everything we ordered was dry, reheated, and flavourless . My son ordered a grilled cheese and refused to eat it. I scolded him him, telling him it was impossible to mess up grilled cheese. I tasted it and it tasted like melted plastic. Absolutely would never eat here again.

We went for the brunch buffet and the quality of food was terrible. Asked for a slice of meat and it was paperthin, extremely salty, and dried out. Most of the food displayed was stale and old. The customer service was terrible being they don't have very much staff. I won't be returning back.

Mother 's Day brunch was SO NOT GOOD. And Service was HORRIBLE. First of all 6 of us were put in a small booth with no elbow room. (There was tons of open tables. Food quality is TERRIBLE! Mash potatoes were so bad and bland. Just litterally mash up potatoe. There was no gravy to even help the potatoes out. The cubed stuffing was so gross along with the horrible turkey. Muffins were super dry. Deviled eggs were not fresh and had dry crusted tops. Pasta had barely any sauce or flavour. Desserts were mediocre. I could go on. All 5 of us at our table had the same experience with the food. We had to ask several times to have our tower of dirty plates taken away. Omlette guy disappeared, and 2 of us at the table wanted an omlette. Was told that soft drinks were included and when one of us asked a waiter for one, she seemed very irritated and said, Well, I 'll have to go get it from the back. Not a very nice mother 's day experience. Very disappointed!

In July, we booked a suite for my daughter's birthday sleepover. I hadn’t read the reviews and thought the girls would enjoy ordering room service. Unfortunately, we waited over an hour for four meals, and when the food finally arrived (costing $120), it was terrible! The burgers tasted like bland cardboard instead of beef, and everything else was inedible. The next morning, when we went down for breakfast, none of the girls wanted to eat anything. I can’t blame them because there wasn’t much of a selection, either.
