Peters' Drive-In - Red Deer

5 and 6 year old enjoyed the burger and fries. Us adults felt differently. Burgers are just as mediocre as I remember, peters secret sauce is just ketchup heavy bbq sauce, fries are soggy even when fresh. Milkshakes are amazing, delicious and great flavour combos. Customer service was good, cute diner atmosphere.

VERY clean, very friendly staff, had very high expectations as everyone said it was the bees knees, food was good but not quite as good as i was told, overall worth a stop and have a milkshake, i have to say again the place was

Not quite what I remembered as a kid in Calgary. Portion sizes are great and generous. The milk shakes are great. An all around good drive-in.

For some reason, the charm of going to Peter's has dissipated. Maybe it's because they have expanded over the past 20 years and stopping in Calgary is no longer necessary.The burgers just don't seem as good and, through no fault of theirs, the hand-cut fries were unavailable so frozen fries were used.I simply had to have a milkshake and getting a flavour mix that I can't get back the USA was wonderful!

I ordered a milk shake from this location. I saw that there was a hair in the shake so I told the lady, She picked out the hair and tried handing it back to me. I said I wanted a new milkshake, she was very frustrated and irritated that I asked for a new one. They blended the same shake and gave it back to me and It came back very watery.Put your foot in the other shoe, I'm sure if the employee had a hair in her meal or drink she would be asking he another one as well.Terrible customer service.
