Red Deer Resort Casino

This location is under construction currently so give that some thought.Staff was really great and all were friendly.We had dinner and breakfast and the food was amazing.We had no hot water in the shower and our air conditioning did not work. Upon checkout I asked John if there was a problem with the hot water. He immediately asked “in the shower?” So they were aware of the no hot water issue which could have been brought to our attention when checking in. Seemed to be no shock to John that there was no a/c. Perhaps after renovations I might give this place another shot but would not currently recommend this hotel at the moment

We went for family trip and pool but no pool for the kids. My wife as extremely disappointed. The restaurant food was amazing and all the staff in the restaurant were 5 star. I had probably the best eggs Benedict ever. Room were super nice but smelled sting of cleaning solution and my wife didn’t like the smell.

I have to say, I was a bit disappointed with this hotel. We booked it for the weekend as my son had a hockey tournament in Red Deer. It is advertised as having a casino, pool and hottub. The casino has not yet opened and the hot tub and pool were out of order. If I'd had known this, I would have booked another hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Also there was no complimentary coffee or breakfast.

Had a great stay here the same time last year , we thought we'd book earlier this year. We called ahead today to check on our booking which we made back in May and found out that they could not find our booking. The confirmation number from the email we received was also not found. Hope no one else has the same booking mishap. Update The hotel booking system was being updated at the time of our booking. Arlene was able to help us out and was able to reserve us a room.

We booked the King suite with a Jacuzzi for our anniversary, as the pictures made it look incredible. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed, especially considering the price. A light was falling from the ceiling above the Jacuzzi, and the roof was extremely dirty. There were ropes and cables hanging outside the windows, obstructing the view. We called room service four times before anyone finally answered, and we had to listen to a dog barking from across the hall throughout our entire stay. We won't be returning. On a positive note, the front desk staff were very pleasant to interact with.
