Looking for something healthy, I ordered a premade Caesar salad and some sushi. Unfortunately, when I got back to the hotel, I discovered that the salad had no dressing, and some of the Romaine was brown. It was quite unappetizing. As for the sushi, it was also disappointing; I opened the package, took a look, and couldn't even bring myself to try it. I ended up throwing it all away. Overall, I lost over $20, which is a significant amount these days. I definitely won't be coming back.
The experience was good, and they had everything I needed, though it was a bit pricier than some other shops in the area.
I didn't see any information regarding bag restrictions before arriving, but as soon as we walked in, the security guard told us we couldn't bring our bags inside and instructed us to leave them at the customer service desk. I'm well aware that this isn’t the company’s standard policy. We were simply trying to look at flowers for Mother's Day, not intending to hide a bouquet in our purses. The entire experience was very uncomfortable, and I felt completely disrespected. There were plenty of other customers with bags, including backpacks. It's absurd to profile customers like this simply because of some power trip. I no longer feel inclined to shop here.
I only have one issue: my chicken Caesar was labeled as a chicken salad sandwich. Haha! I think they lost some money on that mix-up. My salad cost $5, and I only noticed the mistake when my husband brought it home.
The staff here are wonderful and incredibly helpful. Please hurry and get a great new automatic scooter! Thank you!
