Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery - Red Deer

We went here on January 20, 2017. The sign at the door said NO BEER on premises. What? The staff told us they are almost out of food supplies and they have not had beer to serve for weeks. We ordered food from the menu but because they were almost completely out of food supplies we had to order something else. (Worst of all there was no beer. Like really!) The server was amazing. This place must be going into bankruptcy.......

My review didn't submit properly so this is the summary. Terrible, disinterested service. Mediocre atmosphere. Pretty good food. Super pricey. Rating: Don't bother.

Let's face it...most restaurants with this sort of theme aren't known for their food, but the Tilted Kilt was a very pleasant surprise.I had dinner here after a client suggested it.The interior is typical chain restaurant, with large central bar and high stool tables.I sat at the bar and was treated to friendly, knowledgeable service. The menu was surprising with a good selection of reasonably healthy choices. The side salad was fresh and crisp and the burger juicy and flavourful.The bar has a good selection of beer on tap and the staff make it an enjoyable place to eat alone.I'll be back next time I'm in town.

Wasn't busy, so wasn't sure what to think. First time there. Really enjoyed our meals. The young lady serving us was very pleasant. Will definitely go back

Went in for a few drinks and a meal with friends. Service was very slow even though the restaurant wasn't full by any means. The food came and I was more then disappointed, there was no flavour to my pizza, and it did nothing to impress my taste buds. I will not be going back to this establishment, and would not recommend it to my friends or family.
