Domino's Pizza - Red Lion

I ordered five medium pizzas for pick up, each with a different topping. Unfortunately, our order was completely mixed up. This has happened multiple times, so I have decided not to order from that store again.

The problem with this is that ordering online would have been $2.00 cheaper per pizza than ordering in person. Despite reporting the issue to Domino's Corporate, the store owner never responded. Overall, the poor customer service and lack of response to complaints have left me feeling disappointed and I will not be returning to this establishment.

I usually love getting food from Domino's, but recently I have been disappointed. My order was simple - just a soda and stuffed cheese bread. However, something went wrong. It seems that whoever made it did not do a good job. The bread was dry, had no cheese inside, and was overcooked. Hopefully, they can improve their quality inspection before serving food to customers.

We order from here once a week and rarely have we had any issues with our food or service. On the rare occasion there's a mix-up, they're quick to fix the problem. Everyone is friendly and our food is always hot

I have a huge concern when people put out poor customer service, especially when it comes to making my food. Called in tonight about the five cheese dip and Parmesan that I purchased. It was a buttery mess spilled everywhere because it wasn?t properlyclosed and it was burnt with barely any cheese. All I wanted was a sorry and a replacement. Instead I got a smart mouthed femalewho stated it?s suppose to be this way and she will not be replacing it and she?ll be sure to tell the manager who is theretomorrow not to replace it. Just a total smart mouth for no reason. Not to mention this butter got all over my sons brand newcar seats. I wasn?t asking for anything other than what was fair, a sorry and a replacement that was done correctly. Verydisappointed
