Chick-fil-a - Red Oak

The food was fresh and my order was complete with all the sauces I requested. This place is fantastic for takeout. The service was the best I've ever had.

Nuggets so crispy and seasoned to perfection the fries were so fresh my sandwich was phenomenal

The food was decent, but the frozen lemonade was not the best. I ordered a large fry and only received half a box. Additionally, they forgot to include my brownie.

The side salad was missing, there were no sauces or napkins provided, the sandwich was spicier than expected when ordered as mild, and the fries were under seasoned. Just the other day, my order was perfect. It seems like the person in charge on Tuesdays is not paying attention.

As usual, per my visits, Chic Fil A, is a very pleasant experience. The staff is genuinely polite, and makes my morning, or anytime of day contact with them, a joy! Good customer service is such a rarity, and one can always tell sincerity from requirement. Thank you ever so much, for sincere consistency of truly genuine , and excellent customer service.
