This new staff is truly disrespectful and we had to repeat our order as 4 times before they got it right. And even then it wasn't right. Customer service has really gone down in the last few years. How really downhill.
Over the last two years, the service has decreased rapidly. I applauded this institution for setting younger people who begin to join labor, but dares close to every person in the window has a terrible attitude, including most other younger workers. Not all think about you. I used to be in place. Chick-fil-A is where I would rather go from now on
Very good chicken finger, love the cream engraving. Rolls are delicious and fluffy. The staff is kind of meh. Don't expect nice staff. You're okay, just not very good in customer service. Fast ride through was a nice surprise.
Fried chicken was hot and freshly cooked. Staff on the window had a great personality. Buyed apple cake, which I think was overpriced for the offer and taste. Popeye's is better (if freshly cooked) and cheaper.
We waited roughly 45 minutes from the time the food was ordered to the time it was ready. The manager offered nothing to compensate for the delay (no water, nothing off the bill, not even a ?sorry for the delay? and seemed very unhappy to even be there. The only redeeming value was that the food was hot. That?s literally it. I felt bad for the workers because they get paid $10 an hour at most and they seemed to be doing the best they could under the circumstances.
