It is a wonderful place when they go in an order. but please do not order online or they will eat much less. I did it on both. trust me.

Service is bad because no communication for the hearingless/hardware. It is always pointed out without knowing what kind of meat or vegetables. I hate that if they don't speak clearly and wear their masks. No notes or anything. Always have to hurry to order in line while there are so many people. Wish they set up new screens in the front for the deaf people. I'm sorry to hear people because they upset me when they're in the rush. I came here once. Nothing's new here.

We all know Chipotle, we eat Chipotle. Love the chips and queso. I could eat here once a week. The staff is friendly and helpful, always clean. Okay Entry and exit from these places Parking is a challenge. Look at it.

If they order online or via the app, do not choose for double protein when selecting more than one protein. this is because the workers do not watch and they will not give them twice the meat, although they pay extra for it. I had the same problem with the desoto chipotle, I thought red oak chipotle has more attention to the detail, but I don't guess. let me break what happens. so if they order on the app if they choose double protien on a single protien, it invites up to ×2. Usually the load gets the right. if they choose 2 protien, like chicken and bark, it invites up to 1/2 and 1/2 for everyone. if they decide to double it, and accept the charge, then it will be 1x and 1x. the problem is that the employees do not recognize the different 1/2 and 1/2 and 1 and 1, so they will still only half and half, despite they pay extra for double. chipotle management: I recommend that you train your employees in such a way that they can recognize the double-protected on online order when more than one meat is chosen. you should not check your pocket and open your order to ensure accuracy.

Had a terrible experience. I placed an order for pickup so went and picked it up got in the car and opened the bag and there was a huge cockroach in there. Will never go back !
