We waited for an hour after placing our order for a delivery. I called to at least change the order to pick up, but no one answered. When my husband went to the restaurant to see what was going on, he found that they were busy and ignoring phone calls. After a full hour, our order was finally prepared.
We really enjoy our local Domino's in Red Oak! The service is excellent, timely, and we have had no issues so far.
I ordered my family dinner at 7:30 these people called me at 8:50 saying they are unable to fulfill my order. No coupons or anything were offered for the inconvenience. The lady kept saying “you will get a full refund” Uhmm I know I will because I didn’t get my food! Trash service on a day I am feeling under the weather and can’t cook. Now at 9pm I had to go out to get my kids dinner. #neveragain
App said my order was ready thru drive up and still had to wait 10 minutes
