Fuzzy's Taco Shop - Red Oak

Edible but not as good as it used to be. I was wondering why they didn't have any customers on a Saturday at 12:30pm. Young lady at the register not very helpful regarding questions about the menu. When she spoke, struggled to hear her. No lemon or limes at the soda/utensil station. Asked her if they had any, she found some in cabinet behind register, pulled a lime out with her hands (after handling register, no glove, utensil or washing of hands). I told her I threw it away and why. She did not offer apology or a lime with proper handling. My food lacked flavor, lime could have helped. Did not taste any lime in the cilantro lime rice, potatoes were cold and dry. Veggie taco's were more like black bean taco's. In the past they were more vegetables, less bean. The salsa and chips was good. Probably will not return. Service and flavor lacking.

I ordered the fajita nachos online. Most places separate the nacho toppings so the chips can remain fresh until they get home. When asked about the chips, cheese, and meat being put in separate containers I was told that because it was already prepared they would give me a side of chips. This was the worst experience ever not to mention the food was not good.

Food was great but they got the order wrong and I didn't know it until we got home.Parking: Several other businesses are there.

This is more like fast food Mexican to me and I've never dined in just to go orders. The to go margaritas are really good.

I went for Taco Tuesdays...I ordered hard tacos and got home to see I had soft tacos. very disappointed! The shredded chicken is disgusting! I'm not sure what type of chicken they're using, but they shouldn't be serving it to customers. I don't live close by, so I was stuck with the nastiest tacos I've ever had.Never again?
