Mrjims.pizza - Red Oak

I have to say this is the best Mr Jim?s location. On NYE we ordered a pizza online and went and picked it up. We ordered and picked up within 1 hour. I have to hand it to these guys for getting so much pizza made on such a hectic night in such a timely manner. AND when my husband brought it home it was super hot and super fresh. We?ve ordered many times before and seriously have never been disappointed. Keep it up the awesome job y?all!!!

First time ordering and the pizza was delivered hot and fresh, and the delivery driver was so nice and pleasant. I was a little skeptical to order based on some of the reviews and their online order system seemed a little sketchy and there was no order confirmation email. The pizza was delicious and I will order again.

Could not find order. Then they found it . Got the pizza home it was cold, burned and order was not correct. Called to get a refund was told they don?t do refunds and they were really busy. Did not take any ownership in their incompetence.

Worst customer service ever, the pizza is gas station pizza.

My pizza experience wasn't good. My pies were over cooked..i ordered online and when I went to pick up at the provided time. My pies were not hot and the cheese looked as if they had been sitting out for a while. I won't be returning to this location.
