Subway - Red Oak

The service was good, and the dining room was spacious and clean. My sandwich could have had a bit more vegetables and toppings, which was somewhat disappointing, but it wasn't a major issue. I would definitely eat here again.

I've generally had good experiences at this restaurant, but today was simply unacceptable. Isabella was waiting to receive an order when she politely asked Mindy, who was making a sandwich for my girlfriend, if she had already moved the new bread to the top of the holding rack. Instead of responding with a simple, "No, I'll take care of that as soon as I'm finished here," Mindy snapped at Isabella in an aggressive manner, essentially belittling her for attempting to be helpful in front of customers. This interaction made me, my girlfriend, and everyone on the team feel visibly uncomfortable. I won’t be returning as long as Mindy is employed there.

The sandwich was delicious! I appreciated that the chicken breast was heated before the sandwich was toasted. You would think that's standard practice, but it's not always the case. Great job!

Easily earns my 5 star review. They recently remodeled the restaurant, and they staff ensure it is always clean. The sandwiches there are great, with a very wide variety of ingredients. This is one of the best build your own sandwich shops I?ve been to.
