Subway - Red Oak

Been to many subways in the area. But this Subways crew was the best I’ve seen in a long time. This Sunday workers were kind respectful professional and very attentive to your order. Great service 11+

After picking up orders from this location I decided to try it. Best decision ever. I have given up on all the locations near me. This place is very clean. Staff is super friendly and they make my sandwich just the way I like it.

Terrible customer service experience. Daytime shift manager is rude and wouldn’t own up to being the manager after she threw my food to the next person after I asked the difference from a salad and a sandwich.. Then after I said I didn’t want anything she didn’t even attempt to apologize or correct her terrible behavior!!! I asked who was her manager and she acted as she didn’t know. She should be fired immediately Or demoted from management. No reason to act that way then not own up to being a manager…. Wonder if a district manager or someone will contact me?

This location is definitely awesome. Will definitely recommend. They have great customer service and always get greeted. Today I came in to pick up my food and found such a kind note on receipt. Now days life it’s been kinda tough and a little kindness goes a long way. This definitely brought a smile to my face and brighten up my day. Thank you
