Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

I really enjoy this restaurant and frequently order their pizza. However, as a sports parent, I was disappointed during my visit on Sports Day Tuesday. They close at 8 PM, which left many kids feeling disappointed. Honestly, closing at 8 PM is quite inconvenient. I will think about other options next time, regardless of the time of day.

When we arrived to pick up our food, the doors were locked, and there was only one staff member inside the restaurant. It took quite some time to receive our order. Once we got home, we quickly baked the food out of hunger, but we were disappointed to find that it was quite bland and lacked the flavor we remembered from past visits. To top it all off, we both ended up feeling sick and nauseous afterward. Overall, I am frustrated for several reasons: I couldn't use my coupon, the assistance I received during my call was unhelpful, it was concerning that there was only one employee managing everything, and I'm worried that there might have been something wrong with the food that made us ill.

During our short visit, we received exceptional service. We were welcomed right away and felt genuinely valued. It's rare to encounter service of this caliber, but Destiny truly stood out with her friendliness and commitment to ensuring our experience was memorable. The entire staff was impressive and deserves significant recognition. Thank you for everything, and keep up the amazing work!

The service at this restaurant is exceptionally friendly and quick. We really appreciate their take-and-bake options, which our kids absolutely love. Plus, the meals freeze nicely for future baking!

I ordered my food at around 2 PM and scheduled a pick-up for 5 PM. When I arrived, I noticed a line, which I understand due to COVID-19 measures. However, when I finally got inside at 5:15 PM, my pizza was still not ready. I had to wait until 5:25 PM to receive my order. Unfortunately, this is the second time I’ve faced issues at this place.
