Mcdonald's - Redbridge

I was given the wrong food in the drive through! Got all the way home then had to come back which was a pain! When I spoke to Hazif the training manager he was rude, angry and I think he tamper (something like spitting in it) with my new burger at the back, because the faces of the team looked concerned some laughing some worried! I asked for a refund as no way I could eat that feeling this way! No apology either he shouted at me if you don’t trust me please never come back to McDonald’s as I left right the way across the restaurant!

The french fries were flimsy and absolutely Sh*t. Now i'm not no Gordon Ramsay expecting so much from under-paid teens but the soda there, tasted like chlorine. I've never witnessed anything more disgusting to my taste buds to this. -infinity/10.

The manager Andrea charged me £1 for the free hot sauce?? She said this was for nuggets only but I have had it at multiple other McDonalds without having any nuggets so I didn’t know and would have otherwise brought nuggets instead of the chicken sandwich. Overall poor service. I expect more from a manager.

Ordered veggie wrap and got it after 6mins. Tortilla was not toasted/heated. Food was very cold. Shift manager was irresponsible

I ordered a breakfast wrap and on opening saw a couple of dark patches on the visible part of the egg. I tore these off assuming it had just been cooked alongside something else. A bite in I thought this tastes different and opened the wrap up. The egg , particularly the bit lower in the wrap was mouldy no wonder it tastes odd. This is unforgivable McD. What the heck!?!
