Caffe Nero Guisborough

Although it's only two or three months since I last reviewed this branch of cafe nero, I thought it was just fair to review it again. the last time we were here, I thought the place was untidy and generally unkempt, but the difference is that...time is huge. everywhere it was neat and tidy and the place looked like she cloged. service was also on the ball and we were greeted at the arrival and departure and had very good service in between. there was such an improvement that it felt almost like another place and there was no sign of the feared super market rouill!

With cafe nero they are pretty always the same standards as coffee, food etc. concerned. that was the case, and we enjoyed our sandwiches and coffee. service was fast and friendly. So why a clearly average mark? Quite simply, the cafe seemed rather unkempt, with kartons, which seemingly were stored on the floor and a general facility that seemed clearly tired. And a rather strange thing that annoyed me, the personal wheel saw a super market through the caffe to fill up the milk supply behind the counter. Now it can be that cafe nero now rent a trolley deal with morrisons or anyone, but I doubt it that the caffe and make open suggest that trolley was purloined or, at best, borrowed without permission. do not look good.

Loves this caffe and often visited. Yesterday morning was very busy and Dole member of the staff worked extremely efficient, but voted with the previous review. the lack of sufficient staff meant that hygiene has suffered.

The coffee at this restaurant is lovely and the staff are wonderful. However, I am concerned that the tables are not being cleared, cleaned, or disinfected after each customer or at any point during a two-hour period. This is unacceptable, especially in current times. There was only one member of the staff working and she was extremely busy, so I do not blame her for not being able to attend to this task.

I frequent this coffee shop often and can confidently say that I have never had a negative experience here. The reviews really don't give this place the credit it deserves. The establishment is clean and organized, with a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a smile. It is never too crowded, making it a perfect spot for a casual and relaxed coffee outing. The staff is delightful, very talkative, and a true asset to the company. They are knowledgeable about dairy alternatives and provide excellent service, making the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you so much!! I highly recommend this place.
