Contribuisci feedbackI waited for 20 minutes behind a woman who claimed to have been at the front of the line for half an hour. It seemed like the restaurant was prioritizing drive-through or Uber orders. I eventually gave up and decided to go somewhere else.
After using the just eat app for the 4th time, 3 times out of the 4, we didn 't get all of the order. All 4 times the food was cold and not what you would call quality. I wouldn 't advise using the delivery format as you can 't guarantee that you 'll actually get what you ordered or in any appetising state to eat! Better to go in person, it would appear that your order is far better quality and you 'll get what you ordered.
Orded a meal for my girlfriend and myself. Unfortunately the big tasty with bacon had no bacon. Two large portions of chips missing. I would have to waite an extra 10 minutes for two hot apple pies but had to choose a different dessert. So opted for mixed fruit muffins. This is not the first time orders have been messed up. The previous time it was a smoothie. The staff need to pay attention to the orders as these mistakes should never happen. It shouldn't be down to the customer to check the order. I could of gone back to sort this out but I was at home when I realised. And the rest of the food would be spoilt. If there was a burger king in Redcar I'd take my custum there.
Absolute s show of a restaurant, half the restaurant full of scummy hooded spotty teenagers sharing a McFlurry and taking the **** out of staff and generally causing mayhem, throwing food, pouring drinks on floor, staff oblivious to it all and have no control. Avoid sitting in this youth club at all costs!
I ordered 5 items and only received 4 in my order. Can the staff not count to 5? The meal is usually good, but this mistake was disappointing.
