Contribuisci feedbackMy wife and I went to this restaurant last night. I ordered the bourbon street chicken with a side of garlic beans and broccoli, along with extra shrimp. Unfortunately, my dish arrived missing the broccoli and extra shrimp. I sent it back, and it came back with only two additional shrimp and a plate of cold, overcooked broccoli. The chicken was also overcooked. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction, the server did not make any effort to rectify the situation. We will not be returning to this restaurant.
I ordered the shrimp and chicken scampi skillet. It came with 3 very small shrimp, a half of a small chicken breast, and 2 tiny servings of mashed potatoes. The food was decent, but extremely salty - almost like beef jerky salty. The biggest issue was the price discrepancy; $13 on the menu translated to over $22 on DoorDash. Overall, it felt like I only received half of a meal, and it was smaller than most appetizers I've ordered.
Went during lunch on a Thursday. We were seated right away. Our server, Taylor, was excellent! She made sure I knew that the extra chicken I ordered in my Chicken Fatija Rollup was going to be an extra charge and even came back to verify that I wantedthe fries that comes with the meal or if I wanted the soup I ordered to replace the fries. Taylor was attentive the whole timewe were there, coming by multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed for a great lunch. The food was delicious!Thank you Cooks!! We will definitely be returning to this location.
This has been my favorite restaurant in Redding! I'm not kidding! However, after eating there last night, I may not go back. I ordered the half rack of ribs, but even the service was subpar. The ribs were not fall-off-the-bone tender as advertised; in fact, they were tough and difficult to eat. The presentation of the dish was disappointing, with only a small amount of mashed potatoes and half a rack of ribs on the plate. There were no vegetables offered, and the overall appearance was sad. The mashed potatoes were cold, and the meat was too tough to enjoy. The waitress mentioned that maybe two different people cooked the dish, but that doesn't excuse the poor quality. It's disheartening to see such a fantastic restaurant neglecting the presentation, taste, and quality of their meals.
Amazing. I've never had a bad experience in an Applebee's, but this experience was truly exceptional. They weren't too busy so we were seated comfortably. Our waitress Ashley was awesome. She didn't have to write down our order, she just remembered it. Even with appetizers, side salads, and my wife making substitutions to her sides. She stayed on top of our drinks, evenbringing us a preemptive refill, which was greatly appreciated. She was friendly and professional. Now to the food, if youhaven't had Cheeto boneless chicken, you're missing out. So good. I don't usually do boneless chicken because it's mostlyadditives, but these were real pieces of chicken. The 3 cheese chicken Alfredo was really good, I had leftovers...that neverhappens.
