By far the worst service ever and manager did not care

Buffalo,Wild Wings is a corporate restaurant. My son and his friend love it, therefore I enjoy it with them. Probably wouldn’t choose it completely on my own. A little expensive for flavored chicken nuggets. Great sports atmosphere. Love it and don’t at the same time

Service was terrible, had to wait minutes for a drink after being seated. Our server never stopped by to check how things were and we had to flag down a busser to get any attention. Food came out cold and at different times. Felt ignored as we watched our server go back and forth to a table that was sat after us

The restaurant was fine I was unhappy to learn that they don't actually use the open table app even though you have them listed.... so.... that was very confusing once we got there

I made an Open Table reservation for Super Bowl Sunday. When I arrived, they informed me that they were not accepting any of the Open Table reservations that had been made: that it was phone only, and that there were absolutely no seats available. While I was standing there in disbelief, another guy came in behind me and started yelling at them because they had been rude to his wife over exactly the same issue. This place is truly messed up. They offered me vouchers, but I said I was never going back there. I should have read the previous reviews first, because they're all bad, and I could have known better
