Carl's Jr. - Redding

The restaurant is situated in a rather sketchy area of town. It can often be challenging to walk from your car to the entrance without someone approaching you for money, cigarettes, and so on. The drive-thru service can be a bit slow at times, but it's usually manageable. They tend to get your order right more often than not, and the quality of the food is quite good.

I visited the restaurant during my lunch break and decided to try the double Western bacon cheeseburger since I hadn't had one in over five years, and it was AMAZING! It was fresh and served hot! The meat was juicy and cooked perfectly. The BBQ sauce was tangy and delicious, and the onion rings were crispy and fresh. I was never a fan of onion rings on a burger, but I think I've changed my mind. Great job, Carl's Jr.!

The food is good overall. Occasionally, the beef isn't cooked all the way through. However, that's manageable, as it might only cause some mild discomfort from time to time. Thank you!

It was really good chicken strips plenty of dipping sauce, and great sauces.

I visited in the late afternoon, just before my shift. For me, speed and accuracy are essential. Noah never lets me down. He's always friendly, and with the help of Tiffany and Logan, my food is consistently prepared perfectly.
