Cinders Wood Fired Pizza - Redding

This restaurant in Reading is one of the few places where you can get exceptional food past 10 PM. I was highly impressed by the professionalism of the young and talented staff working here. The pizza and salads were fantastic, and they also have a great selection of beers and ice cream. My only suggestion would be to add some dampeners to reduce the noise from the acoustically bouncy surfaces in the restaurant. Other than that, everything else is perfect!

The pizza at this restaurant is fantastic and the perfect size for one or two people. You can really taste the high quality ingredients and the wood-fired baking gives the crust a delicious flavor. It may not be the cheapest option, but it is definitely worth the price. A must-visit for pizza lovers!

The gluten free and vegan options were really delicious! A real treat! Totally recommend for people with sensitivities but be aware that if you're celiac it is not a dedicated GF space.

This pizza blew my mind. Pizza of the gods. Heather was phenomenal!

Solid lunch spot. They have a nice variety at a good price.
