I had placed an online order for the cheesy breadsticks to be ready at 5:45. When I arrived at 5:30, I was informed it wasn’t ready by Sam, which I was fine with. As I am waiting, other customers come in and the two “adults working” were messing around, using foul language when there is customers in the lobby. One gentleman waited at the counter for probably 10 minutes while waiting to be helped. As I am watching these “adults” “work”. The only one working was a Gentleman named Sam, who was trying his best to get orders out. When I got my order and got home, they were still doughy and the cheese inside was still hard. FYI, those cheesy breads in the air fryer are delish!
