Yama Sushi - Redding

The Sushi is always great here, we usually do the sushi boats but they are only open M-F. We went on Saturday , ordered Kung Pao Chicken from the special menu. It was very good but no rice. Just not the same with no rice. The service was also pretty slow. There was however a lot of food, so we took the rest home and ate it for dinner. And yes, we cooked our own rice to go with it.

Came here for a roll, unagi, miso soup, and tea; it was absolutely delicious. They were quick to serve and were incredibly friendly. Yes, it is a little pricey and you're paying for an amazing quality experience. Absolutely worth a stop if you're craving a delicious meal.

Never disappoints : great prices for great rolls. We just miss the boats! We haven't tried the Korean BBQ side yet but this is our go- to sushi spot :
