Tesco Cafe - Redditch

Awful reaheated breakfast covered in liquid smoke, was expensive for a supermarket breakfast! Staff seem nice tho

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The food was terrible, to say the least. The only positive aspect was the polite staff, who seemed embarrassed by the poor quality of the dishes. I had to send back a child's macaroni and cheese, which was inedible - it was a stodgy mess with no cheese in sight. The sweetcorn and baked beans were clearly overcooked in the microwave. Even after the macaroni was replaced, the adult meals of a simple cheese toastie and chips were burnt to a crisp and lacking cheese. To top it off, we were charged £2.30 for a side order of chips, only to receive 6 chips - essentially 40p per chip! Needless to say, our group left hungry and significantly lighter in the wallet. A refund would definitely be appreciated.

Popped in whole waiting for an eye test. Service is quite slow as they ate very little staffef however the girl working was working as fast as she can. Menu options they could have more of a range especially on the breakfast side of things

I am very disappointed with my local Tesco. Every month, my family and I meet at the cafe to have coffee, but recently we decided to start meeting for breakfast. I am vegan, and for the last two months I have been told that there are no vegan breakfast options, even though they are listed on the menus and boards. I asked why they couldn't get some from the store or let me bring them in to cook, but I was told no. I walked around the store and found all the necessary ingredients, so I don't understand why they are not available in the cafe. This is really unacceptable.

My fault really for not reading the menu properly But come on who puts scrambled egg bacon cheese peri peri and onion together it was disgusting the scrambled egg was just slop I didn't complain because I was in another Tesco Cafe the other week where I complained about the chunky chips being over cooked then replaced with under cooked chunky chips I received my money back for the chips which I had with toasted Paninis which where sloppy undercooked too Tuna and onion which was not advertised Manager said it is I said where it's not on the Menu also she made me feel like a liar pointless complaining to Tesco there not interested what are they going to do anyways give you a voucher to eat there again NO THANKS
