Subway - REDLAND BAY

The subway in redland bay is my favorite weekday look. food: 5 service: 3

Went to Subway and ordered a sub, 3 staff in shop inc 1 learner. As they (trained staff) made my sub I know what goes on it and they did not add the right amount of product but did not say anything (Quality is about consistency) then when I went to pay they told me a price different to what is on the board. I said no the price is on the board, that is the price. The trained staff then told the learner that this is not the case the price is what is on the screen, not on the board. I walked out and passed feedback to Subway that replied with a crazy scripted email that had nothing to do with the issue. I replied to the email and asked what was being done about the price being different to the board and no reply. I love Subway but this has not been a good experience at all and no accountability from the store.

Just had a very bizarre experience where the staff member would point at ingredients and stare at me- I think she muttered two words the entire time and couldn't get away fast enough. Customer service was awkward but my sub was great lol. I wouldn't blame the staff, Subway isn't the best place to work and she might've been having a tough day. Thank you for the sub and I hope your day gets better. :
