The Park Carvery - REDLAND BAY

I really enjoy the roast pork sandwiches at this restaurant, especially with gravy. I'm not a fan of apple sauce, but it is available if you prefer. They always include a deliciously crunchy piece of crackling on top of the sandwich.

I always love getting takeout from Park Carvery - their seafood snacks and roast meat sandwiches are delicious and the prices are great.

The carvery offers all the standard dishes one would expect, but if you order a roast sandwich, you may be disappointed with the thin layer of meat. Similarly, the pork sandwich comes with a small piece of crackling. The hot food appears to be overcooked and tough around the edges, possibly due to sitting for too long. Overall, I was unimpressed with the quality of the food in these instances.

Visited once again while over in Australia. They make a really good lamb sandwich with gravy and mint sauce. Friendly helpful staff. Other roast meats are available and they all looked good. The lamb definitely tasted good and was good value.

Great friendly and helpful staff. Food is wonderful and always fresh. Highly recommended. The roast lamb is succulent and melts in your mouth. Awesome potato bake too!
