à La Minute - Redlands

I have been dining at this restaurant since it first opened and I miss the aroma of freshly made waffle cones. However, I was very impressed with my online order and delivery. While the experience is not the same as stopping by during Market Night, the flavors were just as delicious as I remembered. I was unsure if it would compare to freshly made food, but it was a risk worth taking. I will certainly continue ordering delivery from them until the lockdown is lifted!

This restaurant offers a one-of-a-kind experience with unique flavors such as avocado, goat cheese, and beet. The texture of the ice cream is average because it is made using liquid nitrogen, but the creativity and use of locally sourced ingredients earn it a 5-star rating in my book.

The ice cream at this restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced. It is very sweet and their sorbets have a strong flavor. Our favorite was the olive oil vanilla bean flavor! The only downside is that they do not allow customers to mix different scoops of ice cream.

A La Minute has without a doubt, some of the best ice cream available in the City of Redlands. Their selection may not be as expansive as some of the other different chains nearby, but what they lack in quantity they certainly make up for with quality. The ingredients they use in all their flavors are of a very high quality and most are sourced using other local vendors. In my humble but always right opinion, I think the honey orange flavor they offer is the best, but each of the others are truthfully just as good. I would definitely recommend anyone, visitors and locals alike, try this place if they haven't already.
