The folks here are well enough. When first visiting Darby's I had some misunderstandings with the staff but to be honest I think we may have simply been exporting stress towards one another/adjusting to one another, which makes sense these days( I'm pretty new in town a bit of an eccentric and it's 2020 around election time), so all is forgiven. That aside, the beer and wine are reasonably priced and the patrons that visit this location are from all walks of life and generally sweet or humorous and down to earth. I recommend visiting around brunch to sunset on weekdays.
Great rotating beer selection, Piney the elder, Blind Pig, and Happy Hops.. are almost always on the beer menu. Have to try the fish and onion rings.. My new favorite in Redlands.
For being a sports bar, this place has some REALLY amazing food. Very tasty and their beer selection is also very good; they have a pretty decent number on tap that taste great. Tried a couple different things they offer and really liked their burgers. Staff is friendly and enjoyable. Certainly a fun vibe and great place to come with friends.
On the surface it looks like any nice sports bar, but their food is amazing. Everything is good, but the buffalo chicken (wings and wrap) is the best I've ever had. Entrees are usually $10-$20, which is as cheap as it gets in downtown Redlands.
