Strongman Pizza - Redlands

The first time I tried her pizza, I was really impressed. However, after having it a few more times, it just didn't have the same appeal. It's still good, but not worth the price. I also recommend skipping the wings; they're nothing special.

Excellent pizza!! How, really fresh, really delicious. Every time. Usually comes before the estimated time. Excellent breads too. The wings are a no-go, but the pizza makes for it. The only problem is the order. I wish they would hire a new web designer or repair their website or something because the attempt to order from their website makes me crazy. The pizza is still worth the headache of the order, it is really so good.

Freshly made, do ask or add what you want how you want your pizza made. I asked for light tomato and olives, slightly baked longer. My pizza made perfect.

We've always enjoyed ordering from this restaurant and typically have no issues. I understand that things can get hectic, but when I called about 30-40 minutes before closing to place an order, the young lady at the counter told me to hold on and then hung up on me. I tried calling back, but the line was busy. Since I live just a block away, I decided to drive over. When I arrived, it was clear they weren't pleased to see me. I get that it's a tough job, but if you're not there to serve your customers, then what’s the point of being open? I didn’t make a big fuss about it, but it felt like they were just going through the motions, especially with no managers around.

Strongman Pizza truly prioritizes customer service. A little backstory: My wife and I were discussing where to order pizza while I walked the dog. When we brought up Strongman Pizza, we both agreed that they are always very friendly during delivery and provide great service. We placed our usual order, and when the driver arrived, he informed me that they were out of the drinks we had ordered. However, he mentioned he was on his way to the store to ensure we would get them. To top it off, he arrived five minutes earlier than the estimated delivery time, which was a pleasant surprise. Regular chain restaurants simply can't compete with their level of customer service. Thank you, Strongman Pizza!
