Initiative Brewing - Redmond

This restaurant is a great choice for enjoying a beer, cocktail, or a quick snack. It has a pub-style atmosphere with a large outdoor area complete with fire pits. The service is excellent and they use electronic ordering devices. The food is typical pub fare but freshly prepared, and they offer some unique items like hand-breaded chicken strips and Korean fries with kimchi. The beer is cold and tasty, and there is plenty of off-street parking available. The patio is spacious enough to accommodate larger groups. The prices are reasonable, and the restaurant is family-friendly. Overall, another fantastic spot in Redmond.

Excellent brews which you can get in a flight to decide. The shrimp bowl was good as was the smash burger with seasoned fries.

It's been a year since I've been here. I wasn't informed about the specials, and the check-ins were minimal compared to other tables. The food was okay, but I did miss some options that seem to no longer be on the menu.

What a gem of a place! Great for groups, on your own, with kids, with dogs, indoors, outdoors, summer, winter. Great veggie, GF, etc options. Delicious burgers, salads, fries, cocktails, mocktails, and of course, delicious beers! The servers and bartenders are the nicest.

2nd Visit on 7/26/24 Once again a fantastic 5 Star visit to Initiative Brewing with our Baseball team from the Portland area. We had approx 35-40 people and worked with Grace to reserve space ahead of time. She was prompt and very accommodating. Our server was outstanding. He balanced serving so many different families across different tables. He was kind, patient and gave stellar service. Food and drinks were great and all the staff was excellent. Recommend this place whether you are a small or large group. You can't go wrong! Thank you for everything! 1st visit July 2023 Fantastic place to eat! We had a large party with multiple teen boys and parents all spread out amongst 4-5 tables, eating lunch prior to a baseball game. This was the 2nd time some of us ate there in a 4day trip. The atmosphere is great, clean and bright. The food is good. The service was outstanding. Our waitress was amazing in every way. She did a fabulous job in balancing the large of us and taking orders aligned with kids and their parent(s). It was PERFERCTLY executed. The whole staff was so friendly and so attentive! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
