Bj's Brewhouse Redmond

My friend and I both ordered the Ribeye steak, but unfortunately, it was disappointing. The cuts seemed cheap, and the meat was really tough with little flavor. Considering the price, we expected much better quality. My friend didn't even finish his meal because he found it so unappetizing.

I encountered several issues with my meal; it didn't arrive as ordered, and the server seemed indifferent to our needs. However, the manager did try to rectify the situation. We ordered a gluten-free pizookie to take home, but it was awful—burnt and inedible. The rice in the bowl tasted stale and was missing the cauliflower, which was the very first ingredient I was excited about.

Excellent food and service. The timing of the food delivery was just right—not too fast, and not too slow.

I don’t see how you can call. The Nachos “Loaded” with 5 pieces of chicken. The Server took awhile to greet our table. I’ve been here before where. The service was much faster.

The overall customer service and food was excellent!
