If you want your order somewhat correct, order inside.. the last 5 drive thru visits, my order was not right..get a receipt when u pay to make sure they took your order right

Super rude customer service and unprofessional staff. Two people came in after me and got their food first I waited over 15 minutes for my food. And I was there for a pick up. Physically at the time I can see two bags under the food heater. After asking what’s taking a long time the kid was laughing at me and their response was they thought I left. I’m sitting 5 feet in front of you… maybe they need someone that can see and take their job more serious rather then a joke.

Was great to get 2 for $5 Double Cheeseburgers. Used to have to get 1 cheeseburger 1 Spicy chicken yeck). Thank you for the change in selection.

Staff was very friendly and helpful 2 young boys and an older gentleman working tonight and I forgot to ask for no tomato or onion on my husband's Burger so when I got to the window to pay I said I'm so sorry can I please add 1 more famous star with no tomato onion I'm so so sorry and they said oh no it's no problem and they made me feel like I was not being a burden which I really appreciate because some restaurants you go to and they act like it's the end of the world if you forget to add something to your order I just got done working a 12 hour shift so I was very appreciative to be met with good customer service after I just spent 12 hours giving away my best customer service And they are always very friendly when I use coupons too which I appreciate because some places roll their eyes at me when I use coupons but every penny counts And so does every review which is why I took the time to write this one because I just wanted you guys to know you did awesome tonight and I really appreciate it
