Every single time we order the chicken wraps that say they come with *with* ranch, they never put it in the box/bag. I hate to be that guy but having a craving for a specific food and it not coming right is so disappointing. Ive let it slide multiple times, but it 's clear that for some reason they can 't seem to include the ranch. I know this is such a small thing in the grand scheme of things but come on. Y 'all make it impossible to even want to eat from y 'all anymore. I get mistakes happen but this is consistent. Just include the sauces in the dishes that include sauce for the love of all things dairy. Y 'all 's breaking my heart here-my now cold buffalo chicken wraps because I have no ranch to enjoy them fresh with
This was really a poor choice. When you go in there are signs directing you to order from your phone. There are even QR codes on the tables to take you to the site. The scan card has your table number. About 30 minutes later we discover the food is sitting at a counter. Anyone else eating in had the food brought to them.We had burgers, fries, tots and onion rings along with shakes and a bottled soft drink. The shakes were runny, probably from their time on the warming counter, the bottled drink was from Jan 2022, yes, more than a year out of date and flat. The tots had far too much salt, the onion rings were mushy and the fries had gotten that “just a little too old” texture. The burgers were good.We will not go to another Lunch Box Lab again, ever.
Terrible compared to the one in Gig Harbor. The GH Lunchbox Lab has servers and makes you feel welcomed. As soon as you enter this one, you order and pay by yourself on the screen. The amount of food and lack of waitstaff doesn’t match the price. Our burgers were so small. I had the western bbq burger. Cook forgot the onion rings in my burger. Guy takes it to the back and returned it with burnt onion rings as if they forgot it was in the deep fryer.I won’t be returning to this one, but I do recommend the one in GH.
Seems like the staff was really struggling to get orders right today. There were several people in front of us that had to have their orders corrected (missing items or made wrong) and then when we ordered it took 25 minutes from when we ordered until our food came out, and it was a long time between the first burger and when the rest of our table's food arrived. My burger was supposed to have bacon on it and it had to be corrected. One of our party wanted to swap out a side of honey mustard for ranch and we were charged $1.50 to swap it out.The food was good but not as hot and fresh as it could be. The restaurant was freezing (it's 50s and sprinkling right now, so no need for such extreme air conditioning).Vegetarian options: They have plenty of vegetarian options, including veggie burgers and impossible burgers.Kid-friendliness: There is an air hockey table and a foosball table for free use.Parking: It's Redmond Town Center. Lots of parking in lots or the garage.Wheelchair accessibility: Lunchbox is on the ground floor with adequate wheelchair access. Walkways in the restaurant can be crowded and narrow depending on how people sit, but it is navigable with a wheel chair or walker.Dietary restrictions: They have halal options and signs everywhere stating that they can accommodate food allergies.
What a disappointment. Burgers are mediocre and the service was terrible. They messed up our order twice. They have an up charge on most everything. Your meal quickly becomes twice as much as what you start with. An up charge to wrap a burger in lettuce is ridiculous. The milkshakes are way overpriced. If you are looking for burger place, there are better places out there with way better pricing. We will not be back. You've been warned.
