Musashi's - Redmond

Not the Musashi I was going a lot, neither the quality was expected

Very decent sushi. Quality is similar to that of Oto nearby, but Musashi's has much better service and is a fraction of the cost.

The service was great, the restaurant was very cold and the sushi was just fine, but reasonable for the price. It was all vaguely room temperature. If it was take out it would have been pretty good, but for dining in, it was just ok. Miso was good, tea was good, rolls were subpar, sushi and chirashi were ok.

We used to go in Seattle and Factoria and loved the foods until our recent visit at Redmond location.We ordered a california roll and chirashi and the fishes were so tough eapecially the salmon.The california roll... sigh.. It was very disspointment.It says it has shrimp, avocado, egg, cucumer, etc.BUT where is shrimp?? where's avocado?? Do they mean a hint of avocado?? It's just a full of rice. This is not a california roll!!

This is an okay place. Their food safety rating is okay from King County. Overall a decent spot for quick takeaways. Pretty sure their customers are mostly office folks who want to quickly grab the food. Service is lightning fast. The place doesn't feel super clean nor does it feel dirty. I got sushi rolls and they were kinda nice.
