I love subway, but this place was dirty. they see in the middle of a change. all stands have been removed and replaced by white stand alone tables and chairs. there was a temporary air conditioning system that was not cooled at all. the chairs were covered with grim black fingerprints, the tables had not been wiped out in some time and the soaper was terrible dirty-covered with nasty looking soda splashes that were not only used by a day. I ordered and paid for my food before I noticed how dirty everything was. the sandwich was good, but I spent the next 24 hours asking if I would get a kind of disease from the dirty conditions. my thought was that this place needed some kind of adult care to ensure that the basic, regular cleaning was carried out. I was there on Monday 8/1/22.

The air conditioning in this restaurant has been broken for months, which is unacceptable for both customers and employees. We were there today at 85 degrees, as well as a month or two ago with similar weather. I can't imagine last week when it was 105 degrees. The manager or owner needs to address this issue immediately. The service was great, but the prolonged broken air conditioning was unacceptable.

My co-worker and I were hungry and craving a sandwich, so we decided to try the local Subway. Unfortunately, the Italian sub we ordered had very little cheese and lacked any noticeable herbal seasoning. When I asked for more vegetables, I was only given a few pickles and had to request more multiple times. The sandwich only had toppings in the middle five inches and was poorly constructed overall. If they can't make a sandwich properly, what can they do? I will not be returning to this establishment. 10/10 would not recommend.

We waited in line for at least 20 minutes to get to the kiosk, an additional 10-15 minutes to get to the window after ordering. We finally get to the window and they tell us it'll be an extra 15 minute wait because they didn't have enough hot meatballs for 2 sandwiches ready. The wait for the meatballs would have been totally fine if it didn't take us over 30 minutes just to get to the window. We left and went to the Subway on 97, we drove there, ordered, and got our food in less than 10 minutes.
