The Matador-redmond

The atmosphere is fantastic, and the staff is very courteous. The food is excellent, and the drinks are enjoyable. The location is lovely, situated above the Redmond City Center, right next to Molly Moo Ice Cream. There’s ample seating, including outdoor options, which is great given the generous portion sizes. I will definitely return!

Absolutely fantastic happy hour deals! The service can be a bit slow when they’re busy, which is to be expected, but it's still excellent, and the staff are very friendly. Coming from Arizona, it's great to find a cozy place that serves delicious and familiar Mexican food.

When I arrived, the restaurant was quite busy, but they quickly found a table for me and the service was prompt. Dining here is a wonderful experience. I ordered the carnitas burrito, along with chips and salsa, and it was delicious. The bar is well-stocked and provides a great atmosphere for drinks or happy hour.

Edit: we came back because of the Brussel shoots, but found out that the happy hour tacos are amazing! service is always super fast and the prices are great. original review: thought the meat was too salty, there was not enough pico de gallo and acidic saw for the tacos, but there was too much meat, rice and beef that would not fit all into the tortillas. Brussel shoots were amazing, they wish to go where more can be with him.

It's a fun place to go on a dinner date with your partner or hang out with friends or your girls. Great ambience and food is delicious. We ordered black bean dip, southwest enchiladas and roasted Chile rellenos. Being vegetarian, I like this place as they have so many vegetarian options.
