I went to find Ray at Zayna Flaming Grill only to find them shut down and no longer at 2302 Artesia Blvd. I was so excited to try their food as it came way hyped from a friend. I wasn't to be deterred so I phoned around and finally got in touch with Ray (owner/chef) and he explained they shut down and moved out (new building ownership situation) but are actively looking for a new place in the South Bay. Ray was very cordial and referred me to Fanoos Grill where Navi took good care of me. See my Fanoos Grill review and stay tuned for the reopening review of Zayna's New Flaming Grill when they open. Ray, you hear that
Our first time here and won't be out last! 10 out of 10 on everything we ordered. Ray one of the owners came over and checked on us which was awesome and made us feel at home here. He also hooked it up with some amazing baklava to try and it was incredible. The 4 dips, chicken kebab and chicken tikka masala were all so amazing!
I am not really sure what is going on with this restaurant tonight. I tried ordering online several times through DoorDash and my order was cancelled. I called the restaurant and the woman on the phone told me I had to place the order online for delivery and so I tried again. The order was cancelled again. I called her again and she was very rude on the phone. So I went to their website and I placed an order there. I for a confirmation email but I have no idea if they for my order or if it's even coming. I tried to call their phone number and I get a message saying they are no longer accepting calls from my phone number. I really don't understand, we have ordered here many times.
My goodness, the BEST Babaghanouj in the South Bay! I ordered from Zayna last night through door dash and loved the food so much that I drove from south Redondo to artesia to pick up more this evening!can't tell you how flavorful and delicious their food is.... you just have to give it a taste!something different and exciting to stimulate your tastebuds. I'll be back....
Came here with my coworkers for lunch to try out their Mediterranean food. The restaurant offers both Mediterranean and Indian food in one location. We've tried the Indian food a couple times but the Mediterranean did not disappoint! We didn't know what to order for our group so the owner assisted us and put together a family meal for us of what he'd think would be enough food for our group. We had the 4-dip with pita bread, falafel, flaming potatoes, salad, rice, beef and chicken skewers, and baklava. I'm usually not a fan of hummus but it was surprisingly good here. The flaming potatoes were delicious! The chicken skewers were tender and moist. The portion size is huge! We definitely over ordered but next time around we'd be more familiar with the menu. The owner was very friendly. The food was delicious. Will definitely be back.
