The new automated ordering for the drive thru is really annoying. It cuts you off and is impersonal. Bring back the real person to take your order.

Ordered ahead online for pick up when in drive-through waited over 15 minutes before being greeted at the service counter. They then failed to process the order and we had to then wait for them to make our order catch up on here at all.

I went into the drive-through cause I was in a hurry. I had to wait more than 15 minutes behind 2 other customers. For that long of a wait, I expected the first customer to have a couple of bags of food, but they received a single bag of food. The next customer handed over his card to pay, and then another wait of several minutes to get a single also. I pulled up and they asked me what I had ordered? Then they called out my order to whoever was cooking and closed the window and I waited somemore. When I got my order and left, I opened up the food and my burger was cold and the bun soggy with the toppings. Did they make it when I ordered it and then put it aside? I would have taken it back for a refund but I was already late. Very disappointing for a fast food restaurant to be so slow and not know how to take simple orders.

Absolutely love this location and I come here all the time, but please take the AI out. If I have any custom items it has no idea what to do and the experience isn’t refined at all.
