Contribuisci feedbackWe came in from the cold and rain, hoping to enjoy some soup. What a complete disappointment! ........$9 for a cup of soup. Are you kidding me...that was an overpriced tiny portion.Never again, will I visit Panera. We had to go next door to Sprouts to buy more food.
It's a classic spot for mildly overpriced but fresh sandwiches. Panera doesn't disappoint in the solid food department, and I enjoy their soups as well. The problem is their flavored coffee. They drown it in half&half and don't allow special requests online, so the drink just looks and tastes like flavored milk. This is a common problem with places that serve but don't specialize in lattes, but at $5+ for a medium I'd expect a lot better.Try their $9 value duet meals, and get your coffee somewhere else.
I was absolutely heartbroken when souplantation left us. Then I found this spot which serves just as good of food and has great service!
Love Panera, I typically do not have anything other than the soufflé for breakfast. This morning I tried the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on brioche. Not impressed. The bacon is not crispy enough. The egg was fine and the bread. Guess I was expecting more. Anyway, the customer was awesome as usual!!
I placed a phone order, but they left my wife's sandwich on the counter instead of putting it in the bag. To make matters worse, the chicken noodle soup we ordered had barely one noodle in it. When I called to speak with the manager, the staff member who answered asked my wife why she needed to talk to the manager, which was upsetting for her. I'm not sure what's happening at this location, but we ordered food because we didn't want to cook, and it turned into a big hassle. We didn't even go back for the soup because we didn’t want to make the drive again.
