I had the worst experience at this restaurant. The food was mediocre at best, and our server was extremely rude. She seemed annoyed by my kids, made unwelcoming faces, and was generally not accommodating. I wouldn't recommend this place, especially for families. The level of service we received was unacceptable; people like her should not be in customer service.

The woman handling the sales has a rather unfriendly demeanor and tends to overcharge for any additional requests, like lime or lemon, costing $5. Additionally, depending on your region in Mexico, Micheladas might be referred to by different names based on their ingredients. Instead of clarifying this, she brings what she thinks is appropriate, then tells you you're wrong and gets offended, leading to extra charges. Not a great experience.
