Every time I want Panda Express, I always order ahead of time through the app. It's a super fast and easy process to order through the app, however, the service in the store is not fast at all. The app promises the food will be ready at a certain time, but once you arrive to pick up the food, its not ready. Plus the people do not come up to you to ask the name of your order. I always have to ask someone for my order. Then after you tell them, they still take a while to prepare your order. That's why I give them a 2 star rating.
